A beautiful day for a parade. After our cold weather and snow last night, it warmed up nicely and gave us a great day for watching the Lake Charles Christmas Parade. The parade seemed a little larger this year with more entries. We had the beauty queens, marching bands and at least a couple of floats portraying the real reason for this season. Our church (Faith Bible Church) had the only manger scene (at least one that had a manger and a baby Jesus) again this year.
